In 2024, we officially released our Mobile App and have since launched white-labeled applications with customers across the United States and Canada. New Xplor Recreation Mobile App Features
Our most recent release came out earlier this year and included some of our most exciting features to date! Read on to find out what’s new with our mobile app.
#1: Biometric Login
From Face ID to Touch ID, the latest release of our mobile app now supports biometric login on both iOS and Android devices. Processed on-device, biometric login offers app users a:

⚠️ Reduction in lost and reset passwords
#2: Series Course Withdrawal
Previous versions of our mobile app allowed for community members to withdraw from single booking (drop-in) registrations. Now users can also withdraw from series courses directly in the app, empowering customers to manage their own accounts right from their handheld devices.
This functionality will provide customers with refunds in the form of account credit.
#3: Product Extra Fees
Required product extra fees is a key workflow for many of our customers across North America. Having it available directly within the app automates the posting of course fees, materials and/or licensing charges to the corresponding GL account, offering:

#4: Queue-it Integration
We’ve partnered with Queue-it to help streamline very high-traffic events on your website. A virtual waiting room system, Queue-it allows agencies to manage extreme traffic during peak registrations, while also providing an equitable experience for community members.
