Ability to use Check as a Payment Method when Processing Invoices with the Invoice Tool (Admin)
- Feature Overview:
- System users will be able to select check as a payment method when processing one or multiple invoices when using the invoice tool.
- Getting Started:
- Simply select check as a payment method when processing one or multiple invoices when using the invoice tool.
- Take a Tour:
- When navigating to either a client or account record you will note that there is a new "Go to Invoices" button located on the left side bar above the related tabs. When selected the user will be navigated to the invoice tool and will be able to select check as a payment method.
PM Scan - Capacity Check
- Feature Overview:
- Xplor Recreation's PM Scan now will take event capacity into consideration. PM Scan will not allow an event to be overbooked if capacity has been reached.
- Getting Started:
- When the Scanning Function for a station is set to Access and Attendance,the system will assess the eligibility of a client when scanning into an event. Only events that have available capacity will be displayed and If an event does not have available capacity, PM Scan will no longer provide you with the ability to select that event.
- Note: Stations that are currently configured for Access and Attendance will no longer be able to overbook capacity for events.
