Xplor Recreation visited the red hill city of St. George at the 2017 URPA (Utah Recreation and Parks Association) Conference. The tight-knit organization's steadfast commitment to innovation, investment in education, and dedication to recreation and parks is an inspiration for any community. Now counting 54 years of rich history, this year's event included educational classes, panel discussions, and social networking events for over 350 attendees.
