Xplor Recreation helps you save paper, ink, and postage when you give your Contacts the convenience of signing waivers and agreements electronically. With the simple addition of a digital signature field to your documents, your Contacts can sign using an electronic device like a tablet. When the Contact is present, you can have them sign with a stylus or their finger. Those who are not present need not come into your office to sign.

Simply email the document to the Contact who can sign it wherever they are by using a mouse on their computer, or a stylus or finger on a tablet. When they click Submit, the signed document is instantly and securely saved in the system. You can retrieve it anytime in the Documents section at the bottom of their profile instead of from a filing cabinet. Not only do you save on materials, you also save on time and storage space!
